Any provider in the Allwell from Superior HealthPlan network can offer telehealth services to Allwell members for certain healthcare needs. "Telehealth services" are virtual healthcare visits with a provider through a mobile app, online video or other electronic method.
Allwell treats telehealth services with in-network providers in the same way as face-to-face visits with in-network providers.
- A telehealth visit with an in-network Allwell provider does not require prior authorization.
- A telehealth visit with an in-network Allwell provider is subject to the same co-payments, co-insurance and deductible amounts as an in-person visit with an in-network provider.

From October 1 to March 31, you can call us 7 days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. From April 1 to September 30, you can call us Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. A messaging system is used after hours, weekends, and on federal holidays.
